Question: What does a medium feel when channeling a deceased loved one?
"This varies as some mediums report feeling a coldness, a numbness, or even a sense of being out of their own body during the channeling session. Others can feel nothing itself while channeling but do feel a surge of energy being drained either as the process takes place, or at the end of the session itself. These types of readings can leave that medium feeling sick, like they have the flu, several days after the session is completed given the intensity of the reading. It can also leave the medium with headaches and feeling of body pressure. There have been some mediums that can feel a sense of “heat”, “coldness” or “phantom pain” around the area where the deceased loved one may have sustained injury after the session itself.
